Announcements

I am very pleased to announce that our own Jennifer Van Davier is one of the three winners of the 2009 Irwin Seigel Direct Support Professional Award. This is a monumental accomplishment and brings recognition of Jennifer's wonderful work supporting folks at the Center. This is the first time any one from Virginia has been selected for national recognition. Jennifer has been with SEVTC since 2006 and works in Cottage 4C. Jennifer is a dedicated professional. She maintains certification in medication administration, gastrostomy bube feeding, first aid, CPR, TOVA and has completed the College of Direct Support curriculum. She has been nominated for Employee Recognition and Appreciation Award and is the Co-chair of the Direct Support Recognition Week sub-committee at the Center.
